I’m not going to speculate on how people like Michelle, Dielle, and Nancy seem to understand Mitzi. I’ll just assume it’s a whole lot of context.

However, we can assume that her dialogue in the first panel was basically:

1. You can’t make me.
2. A 300-pound dog can lie wherever she wants!
